What types of files or images do you accept? We prefer digital images (jpeg, pdf, tiff, etc.) at a resolution of 300 dpi. We also accept 35mm slides/negatives, tear sheets and prints. We can only do as good a job as the photos you send in. What is your turnaround time? Turnaround time is usually 24 to 48 hours after images & payment are received. This is not a guarantee, only an estimate. What types of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders & checks. If you wish to pay by check, please put your invoice number on your check. Orders will not be processed until the check has cleared.

We charge a minimal fee for touchups, minor wrinkles, blemishes, etc. For details, please consult a representative before your job goes to print. What are your hours of operation? We are open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM EST. Will you scan my photos? Yes, there is an additional fee for this service. Please note you will loose some quality when scanned. Refunds? Refunds must be requested the same business day before the printing process begins. If an order is canceled the following day and the printing process has not begun, a 3% surcharge will apply. The 3% surcharge will not apply on orders canceled the same day that have not gone through the printing process. Orders placed with PayPal will be refunded minus PayPal fees, there is no Same Day rule because PayPal removes the fees immediately.Also, any design or layout work done
will result in the graphic design (layout or file conversion) fee being assessed and non-refundable. The printing process includes layout, color format check, raster image processing, creation of CMYK press plates, and printing on paper.
Refunds must be requested within 90 days from the order date, any refunds older than 90 days will become a credit towards a future purchase.
Delivery delays? Delivery
Buy Comp Cards assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Orders shipped by Air Cargo (i.e., Delta Dash) must be picked up at the airport. Delivery to your door is not included or available when you select Air Cargo (Delta Dash).
